Hello
Do you have any other symptoms, such as
Fever
Nausea
Gas
Constipation or diarrhea, or others?

Gas and diarrhea. I threw up and then about an hour later the pain subsided.

Thank you for the information
Your best solution is acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands). If you still have nausea, your pharmacist can help you after studying your file with Gravol to help reduce it.
For now, favor light foods like soup/broth, rice, soda crackers, to give your digestive system a break. Also, when you go to eat and drink, go very gradually (e.g., a sip every 2-3 minutes).
If the pain persists for more than 3 days, or if you are unable to eat/drink, you should see a doctor.
