Hello Ma'am,
If the symptoms that are bothering you the most are sore throat and headache, the best thing is to take Tylenol™ Extra Strength every 6 hours and honey lozenges to reduce the pain in your throat a little.
If it's more about fatigue bothering you, it's best to simply rest, get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of water and eat well. Also, if your symptoms have been occurring for less than 72 hours, you may benefit from receiving a prescription for Tamiflu™.
If nasal congestion is bothering you, I recommend using a product like Sinus Rinse twice a day for at least 5 days.
