I have questions about loLo contraceptive side effects

I have read that it can cause swelling. Is this a known side effect dear many people? Is weight gain great on this pill.

All contraceptives have the potential to do this. In general, the progestins that are contained in contraceptives can cause water retention. They can also increase appetite and thus cause weight gain
