I have been having trouble sleeping well lately. I have some ZzzQuil to help me but I wanted to know if I could take it even if I have a bit of a cold?

It is not recommended to take Zzzquil for several days at a time. This could lead to dependence and the drug becoming less and less effective (tolerance). Did you know that this drug is nothing more than Benadryl, whose name the manufacturers have changed? The side effects of the drug (drowsiness) are used to counter insomnia.

Also, having the flu does not affect the treatment. But keep in mind that it is not a good medication if you want to take it more than one night at a time.
