I have a lot of COVID + symptoms, what should I do? I am concerned about this

26-year-old womana year ago
I have covid and I am not going to improve on it. I have been having symptoms since December 31. Headache and itchy throat, so I had a test on Tuesday, positive. Since then, I have had fever on and off, very bad ear pain, which diminishes my ability to hear, very bad headache, very stuffy nose, unable to walk because I am too weak and dizzy and my face hurts very much, near my nose. I'm depressed since it's been 1 week... last year I healed faster. I have already done sinus rinse, it clogs my nose even more and nothing comes out, I drink, I rest... nothing to do.

Good morning ma'am,
I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
If you have had a fever for 72 hours or more and your other symptoms have not improved, you will need to see a doctor in order to properly assess the situation and not delay management.
I am sorry I cannot be more helpful at this time, it is just that your situation is beyond what can be addressed on this platform
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
