Is there anything else that I should be doing and/or when do I need to seek medical attention for it? Thank you

Hello, I got bitten by an insect (doesn’t seem to be a mosquito or tick bite) and now the bite looks like water blisters. I have been applying Benadryl cream and taking Benadryl caps at night. I have been known to have allergic reactions before to bites.

Hi, if the liquid in the blisters if watery and not milky or visquous, you can apply a 0,5% hydrocortisone cream instead of Benadryl cream (more effective), and you can continue the Benadryl tablets. Protect the area from the sun and apply cold if it itches.
To follow the evolution of the wound, draw a lign around it with and ink pen.
You need to see a physician if the area continues to grow, if you start a fever or if you have chills or flu-like sensation.
