hello I drank alcohol and smoked weed last night, then this morning had a little bit of weed. It has been about 7 hours. I have a prescription of Zoloft (50mg) but felt it was unsafe to take it so I had about 0.3mg of cbd oil to help my anxiety symptoms, I still feel anxious what should I do
