I took 0.5 mg more than my usual dose of 30 mg of celexa, can it cause psychosis or other psychological disorder?

hello, yes you can become more irritable when you forget, but no you can't have psychological problems if you take more MG. i don't understand how you take 0.5mg more, do you mean half a tablet more? if that's the case i don't recommend it, because :
celexa is a drug that takes 2-8 weeks to have its maximum effect, so you can't really increase the dose on an ad hoc basis.
the maximum dose of celexa is 40mg and higher than that could lead to heart problems.
why are you increasing your dose? you may want to talk to your pharmacist about adjusting the dose to 40mg if you are not feeling well at 30mg. this is possible if your medical condition and history allow it.
