No, there is no significant interaction between these two products. However, in order to adequately absorb risedronate, it is imperative that you do not take Calcium the morning you take risedronate. Also, be aware that long-term use of Pantoloc™ may reduce the ease with which the body can absorb calcium from your diet or supplements and thus increase the risk of long-term osteoporosis. This is one of the reasons we recommend not taking Pantoloc™ for several months at a time.
