Good morning, ma'am,
When did you first notice the pain? Is it due to a wrong movement, a repeated movement, injury, training or other?
Have you tried anything to prevent it?

I noticed this while undressing to get in the bath. It's more like when I lift my arm it pulls
I started training about 2 weeks ago

Thank you for the clarification
In this case, I would suggest, while remaining as active as desired, to avoid movements or exercises that cause pain.
If the pain persists for more than 2 weeks without improvement, I strongly suggest consulting a physiotherapist, who is the best professional to evaluate and treat the pain. Most group insurance plans cover this service.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
