Should I be concerned about a miscarriage or could the pink discharge be related to my clotrimazole treatment?

Hello, I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and being treated with clotrimazole vaginal cream for yeast infection following a vaginal culture and prescription from my md. I have a pink discharge since this morning without any other symptoms.

Hello ma'am! You don't have to worry because indeed the discharge can be due to your clotrimazole treatment or even the infection itself. In a miscarriage there will be more blood and a much more marked discharge. Normally the discharge you mention should subside after 2-3 days of treatment with clotrimazole.
