My menstrual cycles are 38 to 41 days long, is this serious?

I had to stop my contraceptive pill at the end of June following a right sylvian stroke after 3 1/2 years. Since then, my menstrual cycles are between 38 and 41 days with periods lasting 3 days. I am now taking apirin 80 mg and lyrica 200 mg. I do not think I am pregnant.

Good morning, ma'am,
A menstrual cycle of 38 to 41 days, without any other symptoms, is not a cause for concern, especially considering that the menstrual cycle may take 3 to 6 months after cessation to become regular.
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if you have any other questions!
Sincerely,
