I have small red/white pimples on the top of my tongue as well as on the front of my tongue on the right (so in two specific places on my tongue). The spots are painful. I have tried mouthwash with salt and with a mouthwash cleaner sold in pharmacies. I don't see any improvement. The situation has been going on for 5 days.
