Should I be concerned? Consult with her and give her something? I give pu pedialyte because she was still eating a little and I give her probiotic.

She is 5 years old and since Thursday she has developed a fear of eating and vomiting... I try to reassure her but it seems that her stomach digests nothing. Do I have to do a diet every time? She doesn't seem to be dehydrated (pinch skin on her hand), nice pee and no diarrhea.
Thank you for helping me with the rest.

Hello ma'am, I am reassured that your child can drink, even if less than usual.
Choose light foods such as soups, broths, toast with butter, eggs, crackers, and avoid heavy or sweet foods such as red meat and undiluted fruit juices.
Gastroenteritis can last up to 7 days. If it persists for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
I will remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
