My two year old daughter has had a fever since Monday?

If the fever lasts more than 3 days, you should consult a doctor. I am reassured that you are reporting a good general condition of your child

For cold symptoms, if you have not already done so, I strongly suggest nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Salinex, followed by the baby's nose, as often as necessary during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Encourage your child to drink plenty of fluids.
