I take it every half day and alternate injection sites as much as possible. I don't know if it's an allergic reaction and if so, is it dangerous (should I stop taking it). Hello Ma'am, This can be a normal reaction. If you read English well, I would refer you to this little guide to help you navigate when you have redness on your skin after injections: https://www.uwhealth.org/healthfacts/medication/7942.pdf If the redness is less than 5 cm wide, then it is recommended to apply ice (10 minutes per hour, 2 hours per day) and apply a cortate cream to the itchy skin (hydrocortisone 0.5%) twice a day.
