I have inflammation of the sinuses under my eyes&nose bridge which creates puffiness&pain 《 of black eye》.

Day I need to be functional... I take Tylenol sinus or cold/flu/complete alternating every 4 hrs. (Advil sinus doesn't work) (nasonex was stopped by my ophthalmologist because my eye pressure was too high, plus it didn't change anything for the information) On my days off, I take it in the morning and at bedtime and I endure. I take B12 for work, glucosamine 750mg/3co per day.
