Hello Ma'am,
Usually, women experience improvement in their symptoms within 3 days. That said, many make the mistake of treating only "internally," that is, using only the medication ovules to be inserted vaginally. In addition to these ovules, one must also treat outside the vaginal opening (on the vulva) with a clotrimazole cream (sometimes provided with the ovules).
Do you use this cream?
If you use it as recommended and the symptoms are still present, one must ask whether this infection is really caused by yeast (a fungus). In fact, some vaginal infections cause itching but will not be treated with this same product.
