I have a vaginal yeast infection that has persisted for 5 weeks.
My doctor recommended that I take Apo-Fluconazole -150 and another capsule repeated on the third day
I am currently taking Bio K + IBS SCI
For 3 weeks now
I am wondering if I am better off continuing with this pro biotic or going to another probiotic to remake my vaginal flora?
Thank you for your answer

Hello ma'am,
There is no evidence that this would help prevent future episodes. Also, the amount of bacteria and the strains present are very different from person to person, like fingerprints! Therefore, it is unlikely that such a product could match what is present in you.
You can try it if you want, but don't expect miracles.
