Good morning, ma'am,
Although the situation can be quite unpleasant, it does not necessarily indicate a problem. Indeed, fighting an infection can have this effect, but so can the contraceptive pill, even with the discontinuation period.
Most women will have a bleeding period but some will not or sometimes not
I hope to have reassured you, and I remain available if you have any other questions
Sincerely,

Can my period come back after my antibiotics are finished?

It's quite possible that you do, especially if you had them regularly before. However, keep in mind that the absence of bleeding could also be secondary to the use of your contraceptive.
Finally, please note that this bleeding period is not necessary for your health or fertility.

Yes, I had my period very regularly with the pill and since August nothing, which is surprising
and what do you mean by secondary?
thank you for your answer

Last time I checked, my blood test was fine

I also take Bio K + probiotics because I had diarrhea with all this medication :(

By secondary, I mean that there are some people who don't have a bleeding period even during the discontinuation period, but that doesn't mean problems.
I'm reassured that your last blood tests didn't indicate any abnormalities :)
As for diarrhea, you should know that it can in some cases decrease the effectiveness of the contraceptive. It is therefore suggested to have a second method of contraception (if applicable).
