Yeast infection I took the one day canestin treatment.

Hello, I have symptoms that correspond to a yeast infection so I did a one day treatment of canestin with an external and internal cream. I wanted to know if I could really get better with only one dose inside or if I'm better off buying a longer treatment tomorrow?
