Toe infection in Guadeloupe, can sulfatrim do the trick?

I am in Guadeloupe and I have an infection in my toe (very red and throbbing). I have some aposulfatrim; could I take it? Thank you

Sorry for the delay in response.
Sulfatrim offers very little effectiveness against the bacteria involved in skin infections.
It's best to go see a doctor right away to see the exact cause and most importantly treat with the right treatment.
