There is no contraindication to vaccination during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada has studied the question and has issued the following opinion

Basically, they acknowledge that there is no evidence on the subject, but that there is still a case for offering vaccination to pregnant or breastfeeding women at any time during pregnancy.

The possibility of a hypothetical risk does not outweigh the consequences of possible infection

They also recognize that in this situation, it is a personal choice.
