I have a few small white pimples on the outside of my anus, is this due to the cessation of my hormones?

Since yesterday morning I have noticed a few small white pimples on the rectum outside the anus. Could this be a side effect of hormone withdrawal? I applied a Zovirax cream to treat herpes which seems to help the tingling, should I use something else?

It is unlikely that this is secondary to the cessation of hormones, but it is not impossible..
Apart from the appearance of pimples, do you experience symptoms such as pain, itching, bleeding or other?

No, nothing else. But I was constipated and straining to have a bowel movement, I thought I had torn some tissue or activated the hemorrhoids but it was more like a little pimple. The Zovirax cream seems to help with the tingling. I will check again tomorrow but thank you for reassuring me about stopping the hormones. I am stopping gradually as recommended by the doctor and it has been 15 days already. I read that there could be side effects and I was surprised that the pimples are appearing now rather than a few days later. Thanks again for your help!
