I feel like my cough has gotten worse since I started Flovent and Ventolin?

Hello, since Friday I have a dry cough and my lungs are tight. Since I was young I have been prescribed Flovent and Ventalin because often when I have a cold it turns into bronchitis. I started taking them yesterday. I took 2 pumps of Flovent, waited 2 minutes and took 2 pumps of Ventalin. I did this twice during the day. I would like to know if this is the right way to do it because it's been a long time since I had to take it? Also, can Ventalin cause tremors and difficulty sleeping?

By the way, the use of Ventolin at the same time (or shortly after) the Flovent is not necessary unless you experience breathing difficulty, shortness of breath or cough.

Don't forget to space out each "puff" of Flovent or Ventolin by at least 1 minute, you should not activate the device twice in a row without waiting, you will not receive 2 doses in this case.
