The basis of the treatment will be moisturizing with a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno as often as necessary during the day, whenever the need to scratch arises. There is no maximum number of times during the day.

I also suggest using a fragrance-free soap like Dove or just plain water for this area, and lightly patting the skin dry after the shower to quickly apply moisturizer afterwards.

I encourage you to try these steps for at least 10 days.
