Indeed, the friction of intercourse can be irritating and the contractions of orgasm can increase the pain even more. This does not necessarily indicate a problem as long as it is mild and temporary, same for bleeding.

I think we should try to find possible causes, whether it's a more intense or vigorous position or intercourse.

For intercourse, if not already done, I suggest using a water-based lubricant like KY before and during intercourse as needed.
