Good morning!
First of all, increased vaginal discharge is normal during pregnancy, particularly during the first trimester. During the first weeks of pregnancy, the secretions are normally thin and milky white. It's normally odourless.
If the vaginal discharge changes colour, has a foamy texture, has an unpleasant odour (or fishy), is accompanied by bleeding or causes itching, you should go see your doctor. These symptoms could indicate the presence of a vaginal or sexually transmitted infection.
Pink vaginal discharge may or may not be normal during the first trimester. If the pink vaginal discharge only lasts 1-2 days, there is no need to worry. If it lasts more than 1-2 days per episode, it would be a great idea to speak to your doctor. Also, if it occurs alongside cramping and abdominal pain, you should speak to your doctor about it.
I hope this answers your question.
