Hello Sir, Do you mean to take if you have symptoms, or to take every day as a preventative measure? Thanks for the feedback! Aspirin (the trade name for acetylsalicylic acid) is only very rarely recommended for primary prevention, that is, when there has been no event such as a stroke, heart attack, or other event. This is recommended in people with high risk or multiple risk factors. In the absence of this high risk, the benefits of taking ASA do not outweigh the risks. What is better is to ensure good blood pressure control, adopt healthy lifestyle habits (Mediterranean diet, smoking cessation, decreased alcohol consumption, weight loss if necessary, moderate exercise at least 30 minutes per day, good stress management, and adequate quality and quantity of sleep).
