My 7 week old baby has a lot of secretion so I want to do nasal hygiene. I have the Ste-Justine document but I am afraid to do it because I am afraid he will choke. He chokes easily when he drinks. What would be your tips to help me? Also, he's been drinking less since yesterday and is crankier. He does not have a fever. I gave him a nasal aspirate this morning and it was yellow. For the nasal solution, lay baby on a flat surface with his head on one side. He does not have a fever. Continue to observe and clean his nose.
