Can cod liver oil be taken with Coumadin?

Thank you for this clarification. After verification, there is indeed a possibility of interaction between cod liver oil and Coumadin. The possible effect is the increase of the INR and therefore the increase of the risk of bleeding. It would therefore be best to avoid this combination
