While it is impossible to determine the source of this symptom for now, I can suggest applying unscented moisturizing cream 2 to 3 times per day, or more if needed.

It would also be wise to avoid applying soap or any other product on the face for now, and to gently dab the skin with a towel after bath time as opposed to rubbing with the towel.
