How can I get Vyvanse refilled if I don't have a family doctor?

My son is turning 19 and he must deregister with his doctor who is at a pediatric clinic. He takes Vyvanse on a monthly basis. Once he is on a waiting list for a GP, how will I get his prescription refilled?
