Big headache since 24 hours, what to do?

Hello, since 24 hours I have a big headache that bothers me, because when I move my eyes, their muscles hurt me. After how many hours or days should I go see a doctor? What can I do (besides taking Advils every 4 hours) to reduce this pain? Perfect, thank you for your response!
