I got my period on may 1st, so I had sex on 8th, 13th and 15 may. Today morning I bleed a small amount for like an hour. Also, I’m taking Alysena 21. I would like to know if it was implantation bleed?

We can't know for sure, but it would be really surprising if it was, since you are not "far" in your cycle (20 days).
Did you forget pills during the last 20 days ?

No, I take it every day at the same time. Even, I’ve been taking them for 8 months.

In that case, there is very very little chance that this bleeding was linked to an implantation.
I suggest you continue your pill as usual. If your menses at not present in 10 days, simply do a pregnancy test.
