Good evening,
When you are pregnant, you can indeed take Tylenol. However, although codeine is not absolutely contraindicated, its use during pregnancy must be supervised by a doctor
Have you tried using Sinus Rinse?
Do you have a fever?

No fever and not relieved by the sinus rinse .

I checked if some other products could be suitable for you and unfortunately, for congestion, only saline solutions are recommended. Also, as a pain reliever, only Tylenol is recommended as well (anti-inflammatories being contraindicated)
The doctor could prescribe intranasal cortisone which would probably have the best effect (and is safe) in your situation.
