I am currently taking Pregvit vitamins and I take 1 dose of Vitamin D once a week. Is this ok? Is there already Vitamin D in the pregvit?

Yes, Pregvit does contain vitamin D. The usual recommended consumption is between 600 and 1000 international units (IU) per day, but that can vary depending on the person. Pregvit contains 600 IU. Consequently I suggest you contact your pharmacist, he/she is the best person to verify this information with you, and if need be, contact your doctor for a possible adjustment.
