The best solution is Tylenol or Advil (if you don't have any contre-indications, which your pharmacist will be able to identify) are good options for this kind of pain relief.

Lozenges such as Halls or Fisherman's Friend can also relieve the pain locally.

I encourage you to drink lots of fluids, cold or warm at your preference.

If the pain persists for 7 days or does not seem to improve, please consult a doctor.
