Hello miss,
Tylenol (if there are no interactions with your usual meds, your pharmacist will be able to tell you) is usually the best option for pain relief, as well as lozenges such as Halls or Fisherman's Friend. I also encourage you to drink lots of fluids, cold or warm at your preference.
If you haven't already done so, I suggest having a COVID rapid test done.
For congestion, nasal hygiene with saline solution like Hydrasense is the best option, and can be used as many times per day as required, there is no maximum.
Hoping that I have been helpful, don't hesitate to contact me if you have any other questions
