Are you talking about vaginal discharge? Is it blood or secretions?

First of all, I would like to mention that it is perfectly normal to have a vaginal discharge, since it is the vagina's way of being "self-cleaning". A slight odor in the genital area is also normal, considering the humidity and possible sweating in the groin after a day.

However, there is a possibility of a vaginal infection called "Yeast Vaginitis" where the vaginal discharge is present in larger quantities (resembling "cottage cheese") with the presence of itchingitching, pain during sexual relations, irritation and swelling of the labia. Wearing synthetic clothing that is too tight, taking antibiotics or corticosteroids, having sex or even certain methods of contraception (spermicides, hormonal contraception, IUDs), can be risk factors. If you have had a treatment prescribed by a doctor in the past, your pharmacist may even prescribe it for you (under certain conditions). Otherwise, you can simply ask your pharmacist to recommend the appropriate treatment for you, from among the products available in pharmacies.

If the infection is characterized by a "fishy" odour a "fishy" smell that persists even after getting out of the shower or that worsens after sexual relations and/or with increased humidity (tight clothing), it could very likely be a vaginal infection called "Bacterial Vaginosis".
