My vagina and anus have been itching for 2 weeks?

Hello, I have had intermittent vulvar and anal itching for 2 weeks. No pain and no smell. I have noticed a change in the texture of my vaginal discharge; it is transparent, slightly viscous and very "slippery". At the beginning, I noticed that it was mostly at night, mainly at the anus level, it prevented me from sleeping because the itching was so intense. I thought it was parasites but having had intestinal problems I had tests for that less than a month ago and everything was negative. I also did the test of wiping myself with a white paper and I didn't see anything. Now it stings intermittently day and night, between the labia, clitoris, perineum and external anus and a bit internal. No itching inside the vagina. I tried to find the cause by testing creams to see if anything seemed to relieve (antifungal 2 days and cortisone 2 other days). I didn't feel any difference and the itching increases within an hour of application. The only thing I have found to be somewhat effective in relieving it is ice and to take my mind off it. I am on medication (no hormones), I am celiac, and there was a period last month when I noticed that my stool was accompanied by mucus (no blood). What could this be and what could help me to heal or relieve? Should I continue to use an antifungal cream?

Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!
The description of your symptoms could mean many things
However, I would suggest trying one product at a time, Canesten with applicator for a 6 day consecutive treatment. I suggest stopping the cortisone
On the perineal area, it is important to avoid scratching. To this effect, a moisturizing cream without perfume like Aveeno can be applied as often as necessary during the day. I also suggest avoiding soap in this area and lightly patting with a towel to dry instead of rubbing.
If it persists for more than 5-7 days, you should see a doctor.
Sincerely,

Hello, I finally went to a doctor who did some itss tests, pap test, vaginosis and vaginitis. He told me that he didn't notice anything abnormal and told me to try the cortisone cream and lamisil. After a few days, I felt a little relief, but now it's starting to be ineffective again and it feels awful. The vaginal tests he did were negative and the itching is now much more localized to the internal anal area. Sometimes I can't stop scratching and it keeps me up at night. I have installed a bidet but I am getting discouraged. I have noticed mucus in my stool and I feel small lesions in the anal canal in the form of small hollows and bumps. I'm on a diet, I take lamictal which has given me a few vesicles on my hands at the last increase. Anyway, I'm trying to find the cause. Condyloma? Steven Johnson? Cancer? Effect of cealia? HPV? Can you help me?

Thanks for the feedback.
Have you tried frequent application of moisturizer to the perineal area? Have you tried anything for internal itching?

Yes, but moisturizing creams make itching worse... and otherwise I put cortisone and antifungal creams in the anal canal 2 X per day for 7 days without any result. 😞

You can therefore stop using these 2 products. I suggest Anusol Plus ointment which can be applied twice a day and after each bowel movement if needed, on the outside and inside of the anus.
