I've been having major headaches in the evening since Saturday. Usually my period starts on Thursdays or Fridays and now I have nothing yet. Is this related?

Hello ma'am, are you taking hormonal contraception?
Have you had any other symptoms such as fever, fatigue or other?

Hello, yes I am taking hormonal contraception (birth control pills estrogen and progesterone). I remembered that around mid-January, I forgot to take my pill for two days while traveling and I had my period after that (it was not the time of my usual period). Could this be just a hormonal imbalance? I didn't have any other symptoms.

Thanks for the feedback.
Even if there are no missed periods, there may not be any bleeding during the break in contraception, but this does not indicate a problem or that the contraception is not working.
That being said, an oversight can have this kind of impact as well, but it is difficult to determine the exact cause. All in all, I doubt that the headaches are a consequence.
I will be available if you have any further questions!

Thank you for your quick answer. Would you advise me to go see my doctor?

I recommend consulting a doctor if your headaches persist for more than 5 days without improvement.
