I wash my face every day with cold water. I take ventolin (x1 per day) - I also take magnesium B6, zinc, vitamin E, passion flower. I recently had x-rays of my thorax and cervical spine: everything is normal - I only have a straightness in the sagittal plane at the cervical spine.
