Can I take Gravol, Benadryl or Ativan (0.5mg) if I have heart valve disease with mild high pulmonary pressure?

Hello, I recently had a cardiac ultrasound that shows progression of mitral valve prolapse and a slight high pulmonary pressure. A follow-up appointment is scheduled with the cardiologist in 1 year. I am not currently taking any medication related to this condition. I am leaving on a trip on Friday and plan to bring Gravol, Benadryl and Ativan (prescription of 0.5 mg if needed). Is there any contraindication to taking these medications, if needed, during my trip with my new heart reality?

Good morning, ma'am,
I have not found any problems with the mentioned medications, especially for occasional use.
