Hello, I am 8 weeks pregnant and I have a lot of nausea that prevents me from eating.

Good evening,
The most effective first choice for pregnant women is diclectin which can be prescribed by your community pharmacist. I encourage you to consult him. It is a delayed release tablet, so it must be taken regularly, i.e. 1 tablet in the morning and in the afternoon and 2 tablets at bedtime. In the meantime, yes, you can take Gravol regular and/or gravol ginger.
do you vomit?

And can I take tylenols for my headaches? Thank you very much

Yes, you can take acetaminophen for headaches, but as with anything, if non-pharmacological measures can provide relief, they should be preferred. Do you feel tension in your neck? For both nausea and headaches, make sure you stay well hydrated.
