I took a 2nd syntroid in the same day by mistake, is it serious? And I have my blood test to check my syntroid tomorrow morning

Hello,

One extra dose should not cause you a problem if it is an isolated event

For tomorrow's thyroid workup, as a precaution, notify your doctor, but it is difficult to determine if there will be an effect of this extra dose on TSH, but it is unlikely.
