My grandmother (89 years old) has a pinched shoulder and right arm. She feels as if it is a cervical nerve. The pain is intense and constant. It starts at the shoulder blade and goes down. Her fingers are numb. What can she do or take to get relief? She takes the following medications amlodipine 5mg ferrous sulfate 300mg pantoprazole 40mg cald 400IU 500mg coated sennosides 8.6mg vitamin B12 valsartan HCT 12,5mg
