What can my 90 year old grandmother try to relieve the pain in her arm?

My grandmother (89 years old) has a pinched shoulder and right arm. She feels as if it is a cervical nerve. The pain is intense and constant. It starts at the shoulder blade and goes down. Her fingers are numb. What can she do or take to get relief?

Hello, thank you for your question!
It is not recommended to give her anti-inflammatories with the medications she is taking and the conditions she is suffering from. Her best option at this time is acetaminophen (Tylenol and other brands), and, if possible, physical therapy
I hope I have been helpful and remain available if you have any further questions
