it started to hurt yesterday, today during the day small red spots started to appear. The red dots have darkened (black) and have taken more space

Has the grain increased in size and are the red dots next to the grain or in another area, do you have any other symptoms, are you taking any medication?

The changes are on the mole and yes the area that has changed color seems to be larger than the rest of the mole

So in this case, you have to go and consult, not in emergency but just call a clinic and make an appointment.
