My blood sugar two hours after my meal was 4.8 mmol. I was shaking and having palpitations. I felt weak. Hypoglycemia?

Good evening ma'am,
How was this blood sugar taken?
It's that the symptoms you describe may indeed look like hypoglycemia, but your blood sugar indicates that everything was ok at that level.
Could the strips have been "passed date"?

No I just bought them I took it with a blood glucose meter🤔 it's ok even though I had eaten not so long ago 🤔

Yes, that's okay. In fact, a blood sugar 2 hours after meals is a test that is often recommended.
You would have to try to take your blood sugar fasting, either in the morning or directly before a meal, to see if the values are lower. Would you be able to tell me those values for today?

This morning I was at 3.8 mmol

Thanks for those details.
If this value was taken on an empty stomach, before eating, it is indeed a bit low (we're aiming for between 4 and 7 mmol/L). That said, you usually don't experience symptoms at 3.8 mmol/L).
In my opinion, the symptoms you describe are caused by something other than hypoglycemia. To be sure, you need to see a doctor. If the symptoms are recurring frequently, it is best to see a doctor tomorrow. Otherwise, we can wait until next week.
Good evening,
Alexander
