Hello,
Generally, a gastrointestinal illness manifests itself by liquid diarrhea, abdominal cramps, nausea and vomiting. It is also possible to have a slight fever or muscle pain. It should get better in a few days and take a week to resolve. If it doesn't, or if the symptoms get worse, it is recommended that you see a doctor.
To answer your question, in case of gastro, it is possible to feel dizzy, especially if hydration is not sufficient. Indeed, in the presence of vomiting or diarrhea, it is important to replace this fluid loss and drink an electrolyte-based solution, such as Pedialyte or Hydralyte.
Hopefully this answers your question,

I started my symptoms on Sunday morning. I was very dizzy and had many cramps in my stomach during the day. I had vomiting only on Sunday evening and no diahree. Today I am still not at my best. I have headaches and dizziness again. I have hardly eaten since Saturday night though

I would advise you to continue to follow the evolution of your symptoms. That is to say, if in the next few days you do not see any improvement in your condition despite resting or if your symptoms worsen, it would be best to consult a doctor. In the meantime, you can try eating smaller meals and softer textured foods (e.g., apple sauce, liquid). Tylenol 500 mg can help with your headache: 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed, maximum 8 tablets per 24 hours.
